Jonathan O. Arce-Carrillo, aka: ““El Joyero/Jon El De Vista” is wanted by the Puerto Rico Police Department and FBI San Juan. Carillo is wanted for his participation in the violent gang known as LAS FARC. Carrillo is also a suspect in other federal violent crimes, he is considered armed, violent and extremely dangerous.
